After building a successful Live Seafood export business for a decade, Mr. Y Meera Reddy a first generation entrepreneur entered property development business in 2003 by promoting SKCL (Sri Kausalya Constructions Ltd). SKCL’s first project was at Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) ‘the IT Highway’, the much sought after destination today.
When the concept of IT parks was at a nascent stage, SKCL built the city’s first ever IT Park called Satyam Centre. Uniqueness of this project was the ‘Built to suit’ model of constructing and delivering a building of about 150,000 sq. ft. exactly in six months a record that has not been come close to even today.
SKCL has been pursuing the same zeal in building Grade A + Commercial Space for Top Corporates on a regular basis. Today SKCL has delivered more than a Million sq.ft of commercial space and more area is being added to the city’s Skyline on a yearly basis.
